After moving to Toronto, Canada as a young teenager, he collaborated with local musicians and transitioned to crafting hip-hop music. Zoss G’s musical style merges hip-hop and reggae, aligning with the current urban music trend. Beyond music, he exhibits his graphic design talents on his merchandise and aspires to become a fashion designer. Known for his versatility, Zoss G is also an actor, appearing in films like ‘Molly’s Game’ and Netflix series such as Suits. Taking a break from music, he is now making a comeback with a new name and a fresh perspective, symbolizing a rebirth.

I compose my songs and occasionally create the instrumental parts. The inspiration for this came from spending time at my dad’s band rehearsals after school, observing the Rastafarian musicians play their instruments. Sometimes, they even allowed me to join in on the drums, which was incredibly enjoyable.
When I’m in the studio recording, I become completely absorbed in the music; there’s no fixed process for me. Coming from a neighborhood where it’s all about catching the right vibe before recording, you know how it is. Ultimately, the song has to be amazing by the time we finish working on it.
